We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund, subject to the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Perishable or personal care goods (e.g., face masks, hygiene items)

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@globegear.net with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. Reason for return

  4. Clear photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Please wait for return authorization before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, in which case cancellation may not be possible.
