Order Processing

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We work with a network of global suppliers and shipping partners to bring you the best prices. As such, our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in various regions including Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States (Primary Market)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (if available)

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Other International Destinations

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Some products or destinations may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout and clearly shown before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update. You can track your order directly through our website or via the shipping carrier's tracking page.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@globegear.net.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist.
